SECWA Held Most Successful Road Show Ever!

Southeastern Car Wash Association’s first Road Show of 2011 was held in Atlanta, Georgia on February 27 th and 28 th The day and a half Road Show was the most . successful one to date with over 268 attendees – including car wash owners, investors and suppliers. We started with fellowship and networking over an extensive buffet of food sponsored by Sonny’s and then listened to an introduction of each round table by its monitor. After an overview of the upcoming meeting by SECWA President, Marcus Kittrell, ICA representative Eric Wolf talked briefly about the Water Savor Program. Next we broke off into the ten Round Table Discussions: Energy Saving, Gated Self Serve/Increasing Revenue, PCI Compliance, Manager Training Information, Customer Loyalty/Marketing, SBA Loans/Understanding and How to Get Them, Maximizing Small Places/Converting In-Bays, OSHA/How To Head off Trouble, Safety/What You Need to Develop Safely and Creating Flex Serve/Is It Right for You?

The second day of the show started early with a buffet breakfast and acknowledgement of SECWA’s sponsors for the meeting. The Car Wash tour was hosted by Zeev Josman of Car Wash Services of the Southeast. He scheduled seven outstanding car washes for the tour - including full service, express, flex serve and self serve with two automatics. The lunch was sponsored by PECO Car Wash Systems at Hamilton Mill Car Wash and Auto Spa. Fortunately the rain held out until the buses headed back to the hotel so a great time was had by all due to extraordinary companionship and the variety and uniqueness of the tour!

Regional Road Shows
